Non-Contact
QBR Camp is a NON-CONTACT camp. We believe that high school and youth players
should learn the fundamentals of their positions without risking the chance
of a season or career-ending injury.
Camp Length - 4Days/3 Nights
Who Should Attend:
HIGH SCHOOL (grades 9 - 12) and
YOUTH (6th, 7th & 8th graders)
Youth players receive the same on-field instruction as the high school players.
Their position meetings are youth football-specific. Please consider your camper’s
maturity level including whether he can get along with other boys and his ability
to spend three nights in a dorm away from home.
Instructional Groups
Players are grouped by position and grade in school.
A's ........ Grades
6, 7 & 8
B's ........ Sophomores & Freshmen
C's ........ Seniors & Juniors
Attending With Teammates
(click
here for Team Discounts)
Strongly recommended. If you attend with one or more of your teammates you will
have the opportunity to work on your timing and non-verbal communication throughout
camp and during our five “team” practice periods.
Attending Without Teammates
Single campers receive the same instruction and number of
repetitions as do teammates.

America’s
#1 Football Camp
Quarterback and Receiver Camp is considered the premier fundamentals-based, non-contact
football camp. Every camper is coached and treated as if he were a potential
Heisman winner and #1 NFL draft pick. Our objective is to develop each player
to his fullest potential and to teach the fundamentals that are reinforced
with hundreds of repetitions at each practice along with emphasizing character
development and leadership.
QBR Camp Philosophy
QBR Camp is known for teaching the fundamentals of the passing
game. For 44 years, QBR Camp does it better then any other
camp.
Coaching Staff
Each camp is headed by a QBR Camp Head Coach who oversees the QBR Camp instructional
program. QBR Camp coaches and staff are selected from quality college, high
school and youth programs. The majority of QBR Camp coaches have previous QBR
Camp experience.
Small Group Instruction
QBR Camp’s coach to camper ratio averages 1:10, ideal for maximum repetitions
with minimum fatigue. Campers rotate with their group through instructional stations
where they learn specific drills, skills and actions and practice them repeatedly
until they become habit.
9 Practices and 5 Position Meetings
A total of nine practices,
with over 15 hours of on-field instruction, and five position
meetings are held during camp. Parents, coaches and guests
are welcome as observers provided they do not interfere with
the instructional program.
Certified Athletic Trainer
Our
campers’ health and safety is priority #1. A QBR
Camp staff certified athletic trainer is at each camp to
care for accidents, injuries, illnesses and medical emergencies.
Housing/Dorm Supervision
QBR Campers will live in campus dorms, two per room (except
in California where they are housed in up to seven person
suites). Campers will be assigned a roommate based on: 1)
name of preferred roommate listed on camper’s application;
2) same school; and 3) similar age and grade. Each camper
will have his own bed and mattress. In lieu of air
conditioning we recommend that campers bring an electric
fan. California camps 1 and 2 will have air conditioning.
QBR Camp staff and coaches live on the same floors as the
campers and provide adult supervision throughout camp.
|
|
| Security/Key Deposit
A security/key deposit of $60 is required to be paid at check-in.
Every camper must have his own room key. The deposit will
be refunded at check-out provided there is no room damage
and the room key is returned.
Meals and Snack Bar
All-you-can-eat-meals are provided by the host college. A
snack bar is available each night after the position meeting
where food and snacks may be purchased.
Personal Valuables
Campers are responsible for their own valuables. QBR Camp
assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen camper property.
QBR Camp does not provide camp banking services.
Camp Store
Campers may purchase QBR Camp instructional aids and practice
gear at the Camp Store throughout camp. Click
here to visit our Camp Store.
Leisure Time
Due to QBR Camp’s comprehensive instructional program
we do not offer swimming, weight training, basketball or
other recreational activities. We encourage campers to rest
between practice sessions to achieve maximum learning.
Transportation/ Directions to Camp
Campers are responsible for their own transportation to and
from camp. Our insurance coverage prohibits QBR Camp to
transport or arrange carpools for campers. Campers who
arrive before the opening day of camp must make their own
off-campus accommodations. Airport shuttle information
is available on the Football
Camps Dates, Locations page. |

and leadership. Check-In is 9:30am -1:00pm. |
|
| 3. |
Dormitories – For safety
and security reasons once camp officially starts at 1:30 p.m.
on the first day of camp only QBR Camp staff and campers are
allowed in the dorms until check-out the last day. |

that parents and guests stay well outside the boundary areas
where practice is held and to wait until after practice to talk
to a camper. Please refrain from making any comments during

any pre-existing damage it is your responsibility to fill out
the “QBR CAMP Dorm Room Damage” form from the Camp

and return it to the Camp Director prior to the first practice.
This will protect you from being assessed room damage charges
for which you are not responsible. |
| 7. |
Keep your dorm room neat and
clean throughout camp. Before checking out of camp on the last
day every camper’s dorm coach will be thoroughly inspected
by his dorm coach for damage, litter, furniture misplacement,

that he has signed. Take this form to camp check out along
with your room key and receive your $60 security/key deposit. |

| 24. |
Early checkouts are permitted only when the camper’s
parent or legal guardian has completed the “Early Checkout
Form” and submitted it to the Camp Director. Forms are

excepted) are prohibited from leaving camp for meals or other
reasons unless in an emergency. |
